H.S. Dev is a family owned business and has been trading as a Limited Company since 1966. Since that time it has developed to become a high class provider of general and specialist construction services.

Duhra, Dev & Company Limited was formed in 1966 but the ownership quickly changed in 1967 when the company was reregistered to Mr Harbhajan Singh Dev B.A.,B.Ed. H.S.Dev ran the company until his siblings Avtar Dev and Mukhtiar, who joined the company in the early 80’s, took full control in the early 90’s .

The key to the Company’s longevity has been its ability to adapt to the evolving changes and cultures in the industry and integrating and managing these to effectively control time, quality and cost whilst delivering sustainable products to satisfied Clients.

Since inception H.S.D have completed over 1,000 projects and assignments acting either as a Main Contractor, Subcontractor or Trade Contractor retaining a strong base of traditional skills with a loyal and committed workforce.
