Overview
HSDev were appointed as the main contractor on this new build residential project. This was a new brief for HSDev and we were confident we could meet the challenges.

Brief
Main contractor on a new build, high-end residential property, incorporating a luxury spa area (swimming pool, steam room and sauna), including all associated external works.

Challenges Overcome
The level of detail and quality applied to the finish surpassed the requirements laid out in the original brief and despite unanticipated client changes; we were able to deliver the project efficiently and within the set timescales.

Key Accomplishments

• The build was completed to a very high standard of workmanship and quality, exceeding the expectations of the client and architect

On conclusion, the project also included the supply and installation of a 625m2, 2m deep double layered ground source heating system.
